Our website address is: https://indeximate.com. We are a privately held startup organisation dedicated to preventing failure in subsea power cables. We are incorporated in the UK, Company Number 14507390. Registered Address: 45 Priesthills Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 1AQA. Information we collect

We may hold personal information on users and contacts of the business: Name, Position, Company, Contact Details (corporate), Business Address.

For those visitors who have applied for a position or who have contracted with the company we may hold extended detail. See below for further details).

We collect statistics on visitors to our website via Google Analytics, however visitors have an opt out banner they can tick to prevent statistics being recorded. We do not sell information to 3rd parties or use it for contact marketing – it is solely used to provide feedback on how our site is being used so we can optimise the content. Any data we collect is anonomysed and prevented from being used for re-marketing.

How do we get this information?

We try to limit the collection of personal data – you may give it directly to us or we may give you an email address. You may choose to contact us via the web enquiry page then your contact details may be entered into our system (emails, contact database) for the purpose of responding to your query. This may include personal identifiers such as name, email address, telephone number, business details, business address.

If you choose to contract with us then further information such as corporate details, bank account etc will also be entered into our corporate databases.

If you are applying for a position with Indeximate Ltd then your personal details will be held on record for a period commensurate with that needed to respond to your application. A reduced record of your application (Name, Position, Contact Details) will be held for an extended period for reference.

We do not procure or source any information from 3rd parties.

By filling an enquiry form or contacting us directly you give your consent for this minimum information to be stored. You may remove this consent at any time.

If you visit ourwebsite you may choose (you will be prompted) to let the website collect cookies on usage. IP addresses will be anonomised and we do not permit re-marketing.

How your information may be stored

We will store your information in personal address books of Indeximate staff or via corporate accounting systems. Individual contact information may be shared within member of the company.

Cookie information will be stored on your PC but will be transmitted (in anonomysed form) to Google Analytics.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your date with any 3rd party other than may be required to execute legal proceedings – i.e. compelled by the legal system. Anonomised data will be automatically shared with Google Analytics but any reuse is prohibited.

How long we retain your data

Contact details may be held by individuals within Indeximate for an indefinite period. See the cookie informatino section for details of expiry.

What rights you have over your data

You have the following rights:

  • Right of access: you may contact us at any time to request a copy of what personal information is held.
  • Right to rectification: You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
  • Right to erasure: You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Right to object to processing: You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability: You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
